Hi, I moved into one of your units today and I just wanted to let you know what an easy experience your brilliant staff made the move.In particular, the man who came to do the pickup, Lee, was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful in the loading process, loading the van completely on his own, with speed and efficiency, whilst I collected the last few items from my 2nd floor flat. He then made the journey very pleasurable with his friendly, easygoing attitude. At the other end, whilst I was signing the contract, he started loading up the unit and had it virtually done by the time I got out. I would also like to praise another of your staff members, Ashley, who also helped Lee in packing my stuff away. They were so efficient and skilful, that I was left with room to spare. It was especially amazing as I had no expectation that I would receive such a level of help. The two of them really made things easy and it was the most pleasant move I've ever had. To summarise, your staff are wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company, and in particular Lee.  Thanks very much,
