Henfield has been in business for over 12 years and is part of a family-owned group which has been running for over 40 years. All our personal and business customers benefit from low cost storage at our bases in North & West London, South & Southwest London, Central London, East & Southeast London, Surrey, Sussex, Birmingham, Bradford and Glasgow.
We keep our overheads low. Our storage centers are not in expensive high street locations, we don’t have a large head office and we also run a rental fleet of over 150 vehicles that allows us to offer you a free collection service.

You can rent for as little as two weeks or for as long as you wish.
You get a clean and secure space and only you have the key. When you receive our quote that is the price you pay. There are no ‘hidden extras.’

Yes. You can either use your own insurance broker or we can arrange insurance for your storage unit under our own policy.
In order to ensure that your goods are fully protected, we make sure that you have insurance cover for them while they are in storage. The goods must be covered up to their full replacement value (our policy offers www-for-old replacement) by a policy which specifically covers all storage-related risks. We don’t force you to use our insurance (like some of our competitors do), but nearly all of our customers do choose to do so because our policy is really good value and specially designed for self storage. You can decide how to insure your goods on the day you move in, or feel free to call us to discuss it in advance. Read more about our Insurance Cover.
Your original policy covering your possessions must be shown on the day you move in to your unit. The policy must adequately cover your goods while in storage.
All our facilities are open 7 days a week except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.
In our London stores, access is available without notice within store opening hours. In other locations, we usually require 24 hours notice prior to arrival in order to access your locker.
