Free Collection Service
Henfield offers a free collection service when you pay for three months or more in advance. If you’re moving from another self storage company to Henfield Self Storage, only a single month’s prepayment is required.
We will send one of our uniformed staff in one of our vans to your home or workplace, to pick up your goods and bring them to our warehouse. We help you load the van at your end and unload it again at ours. We have a fleet of 150 vehicles, so we’ll have one (or more) big enough to fit all your goods. This service is completely free – there are no charges for ‘taking a bit longer than expected’, getting stuck in traffic’ or ‘having more things to store than I thought’.
We do, however, have some basic conditions which we expect you to stick to in order to make the moving process as simple and pain-free as possible. Read these conditions. The free collection offer only applies to rooms - not to lockers, and does not apply to moves from one Henfield store to another.

Discounted Collection Service
If you’re booking between 1 and 2 months we offer a discounted collection service. The price depends on how far you are away from the branch and how much you need to store. Call us on 0800 027 7821 for an over-the-phone quote.
Free Van Hire
Book for a month or more and we offer a free van hire service for a day (worth £49) during the week. Alternatively you can take a larger van and we'll put that £49 towards the total. This service is only available from our Horsham location (conditions apply).

Accessibility
Your possessions must be packed and easily accessible when we arrive, preferably on the ground floor. We'll check this with you when you book.
Availability
We only offer collection services on Mondays – Fridays, and not on Bank Holidays
Loading
For a normal collection (under 50 sq ft), we send one man and a van. We require that the customer helps to load the van and unload again at the storage facility. It's a team effort! If you are taking 50-90 sq ft, we’ll need and extra pair of hands, and if it’s 100 sq ft or more, two extra pairs of hands. You can get friends to be the extra pairs of hands; if you can’t get someone to help out, we can provide extra help. Please call us to get a quote for this.
This means that you will need to come with us to the storage facility; you'll also want to put your padlock on the room, and there's some paperwork to complete.

Location
Generally speaking our free collection service is available anywhere inside the M25, between London and the south coast, or within 20 miles of our sites in Glasgow, Birmingham and Bradford. Call us to find out if you qualify.
