Free Collection Services
We offer a free collection service for customers who are taking storage for 6 months or more.
We also offer a discounted collection service for customers who are storing for two months or more. This service costs £99 (inc VAT) for the day. Please call us for more details.
Please note that this offer is subject to:
- Location - generally speaking, anywhere between London and the south coast will qualify. Please ask if you’re not sure (or are looking for a favour!).
- Accessibility - the goods must be packed and easily accessible, preferably on the ground floor. We'll need to check this with you when you book.
- Availability - as a rule, we are only able to offer free or discounted collection service on Mondays - Thursdays. We may sometimes be able to do collections on Fridays but only on a case by case basis.
Storage rooms: We require that the customer helps to load the van and unload again at the warehouse - please let us know if this presents a problem.
Storage containers: We require that the customer helps to load the van; we will unload the container at the warehouse, so the customer does not need to come to the warehouse.
Free Van Hire
We offer a free van hire service for customers who are taking storage for more than 3 months. We offer a Transit van for a day during the week (value £45); alternatively you can take a larger van and we’ll put that money towards the total.
