I would like to thank you all very much for you help and such excellent service.  We recently moved house and kept a lot of our belongings in your self-storage facility at Horsham.

When we moved from our house, we made the most of your van and driver offer, which worked well and the driver was a great help.  The storage facility was secure, easy to access, clean and dry; I never had any concerns for our belongings during the months they were left there.

The manager at the warehouse (Gareth) was always available and went out of his way to help out and give advice.  When we emptied the storage out, we hired a Luton van from you.  Unfortunately the van broke down outside our house, but instead of being a big problem, the person who came out (Gary?) was fantastic and went out of his way to help, coming out late on Friday night and early on Saturday morning to fix the problem and provide us with a new vehicle.

When we were arranging the storage and vehicles, all your staff, especially Tracy, were always friendly and very helpful either on the phone or if we called into the office.

Moving house can be stressful, but everything involving moving and storing our belongings went smoothly, without worry and at a price that was far below anything else we could find.

Please pass my thanks on to your whole team (apologies if I have got any of the names wrong, and to those whose names I never found out).

I have recently vacated a storage space which held my belongings for  
just over two years. I also used your man+van service to move into the storage space.
 
Throughout the time my items were stored at your facilities, your  
team was professional and polite in all communications.  You took the  
time to respond to my email queries and were always very helpful.

When it came time to move my belongings out of the space, though it  
was a crowded and rainy day, your staff worked hard to find time and  
space to answer my questions.  The entire experience of emptying the  
space was painless and very quick.

As for the storage space itself, my contents remained dry and totally  
secure for the duration of the storage period. Your facilities are  
clean and easy to navigate.

You are a class act as a company and as individuals.

We recently moved personal items to a storage facility at Henfield Storage with help from two of the companies employees, and have to say that it was amongst the smoothest  moves I can remember. They were tremendously helpful, effective and friendly too. Given that we looked at a number of storage facilities in the London area, it is a bonus that Henfields rates were easily the the most competitive.
 
The facilities are modern, airy and well lit, with a lift serving each floor, and comprehensive security features. We feel very good about our decision.'
